Payment Policy

Payment is always due by the 15th; even if you do not receive your bill.  If your payment is not made by the 15th of the month, there will be a 10% penalty applied to your account.  If the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday, payment must be made prior to 8:00 a.m. on the next business day.  If full payment is not made by 8:00 a.m. on the 25th, or if the 25th falls on a weekend or holiday, payment must be made before 8:00 a.m. on the next business day or your water will be disconnected, and a $25 fee will be automatically applied to your account.
